How do I upload a document required for my compliance using the IZI Safety mobile app?

Documents are as important as the e-learning modules, for one's compliance to TotalEnergies standards. Uploading them will be necessary throughout the work period.

Some documents have unlimited validity and some others need to be refreshed every now and then. In order to upload your documents on the mobile app, you need to follow these steps :

Step 1: Log in to your account in the IZI Safety mobile app

To begin, you will need to log in to the TotalEnergies IZI Safety mobile app. If you are unsure how to do this, you can follow the instructions in our How do I log in to the TotalEnergies IZI Safety mobile app? article.

Step2: Navigate to the "e-learnings" section, then choose "Documents"

Once you are logged in, head to the document to upload by choosing "My e-learnings" and then the "Documents" section.

Step 3: Choose the required document to upload

Once you click on the necessary document, you can initiate the upload process.

Step 4: Choose how to upload the document

The document can either be uploaded from your photo gallery, as a file that you have downloaded to your mobile, or as a photo that you can take instantly.

Step 5: Review and submit

Once you have selected your document, you can review it to ensure it's correct. If needed, you can click on "reset" to upload a different document. When you are confident it is the correct document, click on "finish" to submit it.

Congratulations! You now know how to upload your own documents and how to refresh them if they are expired. If all criteria are respected, your documents will be validated and therefore you status will be complaint.

Go green and stay compliant!
