Understanding document's status

If you use the TotalEnergies IZI Safety solution, you will encounter the wording "Status" when talking about documents, but what are they and why do they matter?

When it comes to managing your compliance, it's important to keep track of the status of your documents. This helps ensure that all necessary documents are up-to-date and compliant with requirements.

Each person or company has a "profil" assigned to their account. A profil contains resources such as e-learning modules, documents, and/or in-class training.

Within your profil, each resource has its own personal status. Let's take a closer look at the different statuses for documents:

Compliant: This means that the document has been uploaded and verified by the IZI Safety team and/or an accredited staff member of TotalEnergies and has been validated.

Not validated: This means that the document has been uploaded and verified by the IZI Safety team and/or an accredited staff member of TotalEnergies and has not been validated.

In-progress: This means that the document has been uploaded by the user or the company manager in charge of their compliance and is awaiting validation.

To refresh: This means that the document has expired and a new version needs to be re-uploaded by the user.

Not started: This means that the document has not yet been uploaded, and the user will need to upload it in order to be compliant.

We hope this article has helped you better understand the importance of document statuses and how they can affect your work. Remember, our support team remains at your disposal for any further assistance you may need.
