How to complete your e-learning training module(s) or Total Safety Pass?
You are going to have an intervention on a TotalEnergies site and you have been asked to complete your e-learning training module(s) or Total Safety Pass. This article will explain how to do it.
Step 1: request a personal account
The first step is to request your company manager to create a personal account for you on the TotalEnergies IZI Safety solution. Alternatively, you can contact our support team at [email protected] or [email protected] if you are operating from France, to request the creation of your account.
Step 2: check your email for login credentials
Once your account is created, you should receive an email with your username and password for your personal account. If you do not receive the registration email, please follow the steps below:
If you don't see the email:
If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
If your account is linked to a fictive email address:
If the person who created your account did not have your email address at the time of the creation, your account may be linked to a fictive email address. In this case, you should contact them and ask for your credentials.
Step 3: log in to the platform
Once you have your login credentials, go to the login page of the platform that was previously communicated to you. For more details, you can refer to the article How can I log in to the web platform?
Step 4: complete your e-learning modules
After logging in to your account, go to "My course" and complete your e-learning modules. If required, upload any requested documents until your status shows as "Compliant".
Step 5: you are now compliant
Congratulations, you are now compliant and can safely operate for your work!
