Understanding Status and General Status

If you use our solution, you will encounter the wording "Status" and "General status", but what are they and why do they matter?

Each person or company has a "profil" assigned to their account. A profil contains resources such as e-learning modules, documents, and/or in-class training.

Each of these resources has its own personal status:

For e-learnings:

Compliant: This means that the module has been viewed and the score obtained during the quiz has been sufficient. The e-learning module is then validated.

Not validated: This means that the module has been viewed, but the score obtained during the quiz has not been sufficient. The e-learning module is then not validated and will need to be redone by the user.

In-progress: This means that the module has been started but is not yet completed. The user will need to continue and finish it before being able to validate it.

To refresh: This means that the e-learning module has expired and needs to be redone by the user. The validity period of a module is defined by TotalEnergies.

Not started: This means that the e-learning module has not yet been started, and the user will need to complete it in order to be compliant.

For documents:

Compliant: This means that the document has been uploaded and verified by the IZI Safety team and/or an accredited staff member of TotalEnergies and has been validated.

Not validated: This means that the document has been uploaded and verified by the IZI Safety team and/or an accredited staff member of TotalEnergies and has not been validated.

In-progress: This means that the document has been uploaded by the user or the company manager in charge of their compliance and is awaiting validation.

To refresh: This means that the document has expired and needs to be re-uploaded by the user.

Not started: This means that the document has not yet been uploaded, and the user will need to upload it in order to be compliant.

Now that you know what a profil is and what they are made off as well as the different status, let's try to understand what are "General status":

The general status of a user or a company is the accumulation of all status of each ressources ( e-learning modules or/and documents) that contained in the profil of the user.

The rule is simple, in order to be able to work on a TotalEnergies site, the user or the company will need to have a general status that is "Compliant" ( green color).
