You don't know why one or more of your e-learning training modules have expired?

If you have noticed that one or more of your e-learning training modules have expired, don't worry! This is a normal part of the training process and can easily be resolved.

You can easily identify which modules have expired by looking for the status "To refresh" with the color orange, as shown below:

It's important to note that every training module assigned to your account has an expiry date. This validity period is set by TotalEnergies. This means that after a certain period of time after the validation of your module (status "Compliant"), your e-learning modules will expire.

What should I do if I have an e-learning module that has expired (status: "To refresh")?

If you find yourself in this situation, don't worry! The solution is simple. You are simply invited to redo the e-learning training module from your account until the status changes from "To refresh" to "Compliant". This will ensure that your training is up to date and you are fully compliant.

It's important to note that in order to intervene on a TotalEnergies site, you are required to complete all e-learning modules and upload all necessary documents assigned to your personal account until your general status is "Compliant". This ensures that you are fully trained and prepared for any tasks on site.
