To access the form report after completing a form via a mobile app, you typically follow these steps.
Step 1. Open the TotalEnergies IZI Safety App on your device.
Step 2. Access the forms management section.
Once the app is open, click on the "forms" tab to access the forms management section.
Steps 3: List of form.
You will see a list of forms. This list typically displays all the forms that you have access to, or that you have previously interacted with.
Step 4: Search for the form.
look for a search bar and click on it and use the on-screen keyboard to type the name of the form you are looking for.
Or you can Access the Filter Options.
Now you need to choose the filter Criteria: Tap on the filter icon to open the filter options.
Here, you can select from various criteria such as: Date, Tags, Company.
Click on confirm and there you go, now you have the form report you are looking for!!
