What should I do to fill a form in the mobile app?
This article is designed to guide you through the process of filling out form on mobile app.
Step 1. Open the TotalEnergies IZI Safety App on your device.
Step 2. Access the forms management section.
Once the app is open, click on the "forms" tab to access the forms management section.
Step 3: Now click on new form.
Step 4: Select form type.
Step 5: Enter the intervention number and company name.
Step 6: Add new collaborators .
To add collaborators, click on "Add new collaborators".
When you click on it, a window with two options pops up:
Add participants by scanning their QR codes. If you choose this option, participants will be automatically added.
Manually search for participants from the list of users and select them by checking the checkboxes next to their names.
Note: In the manual adding section, you can also display users from other companies by sliding the button next to "Display Users from All Companies".
Once you have added the participants, click on "Next".
Step 7: fill out the form by answering the questions provided (all of them).
Once you have answered all the questions, click on "Submit"
Step 8: Congratulations you have submitted the form successfully.
