How do I launch (Check-in) an intervention on the mobile app?

A step-by-step guide how to launch (check-in) an intervention.

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to properly check - in an intervention using the TotalEnergies IZI Safety Mobile App.

Step 1. Open the TotalEnergies IZI Safety App on your device.

Step 2. Access the intervention management section.

Once the app is open, click on the "Interventions" tab to access the intervention management section.

Step 3. Click on the Start an Intervention then click on Create an Intervention

Step 4. Select a Company from the list provided.

Note: If a participating company is not compliant, the intervention cannot begin.

Step 5. Add Participants

To add participants, click on "Add a Participant".

When you click Next, a window with two options pops up:

  1. Add participants by scanning their QR codes. If you choose this option, participants will be automatically added.

  2. Manually search for participants from the list of users and select them by checking the checkboxes next to their names.

Note: In the manual adding section, you can also display users from other companies by sliding the button next to "Display Users from All Companies".

Once you have added the participants, click on "Next".

Reminder: Non-compliant users will lead to the refusal of intervention initiation, if not justified properly.

Step 6: Validation of the permit

In this step, you will be presented with two options:

  1. Browse an existing permit: search for a permit available on the platform.

  2. Photo of a paper permit: take a photo of a permit that was completed in paper form.

After selecting a permit, you will be asked the following question: "Is the work permit validation known to all participants and signed?".

Is so, select "Yes" and click "Next" to proceed.

Note: If you don't have a permit, you can still schedule the intervention for a later time by clicking the "I don't have a permit, let's schedule this intervention for a later time" button.

You will then be prompted to enter the date and site where the intervention will be performed.

Step 7: Validating intervention site

Once the permit added, you should confirm the intervention site. If you are on the correct site, click on "Start the Intervention".

If not, click on "No this is the wrong intervention site. Contact the support Team

Step 8: Safety Green Light

Fill out the safety green light form by answering the questions provided.

Once you have answered all the questions, click on "Next" to proceed.

Step 8: Signatures & Check-In

Complete the required signatures.

After signing, click on "Check-In."

In case the intervention is planned in advance

Once logged in your account, go to the "Intervention" section.

Select the "Intervention Planned" option.

A list of scheduled interventions will appear. Find the one you're ready to begin and click on it.

You'll be prompted to check in. Simply proceed by clicking the "Check-In" button.

Step 9: Confirmation

A window displaying the message "The intervention started successfully" will appear on your device's screen, along with the intervention number.

Click on "Close" to resume with the intervention.
