How do I close (Check-out) an intervention on the mobile app?

A step-by-step guide how to close (check-out) an intervention.

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to properly check- out an intervention using the TotalEnergies IZI Safety Mobile App.

Step 1. Open the TotalEnergies IZI Safety App on your device.

Step 2. Access the intervention management section.

Once the app is open, click on the "Interventions" tab to access the intervention section. This is where you will be able to view all of the interventions that have been assigned to you.

Step 3. Select the intervention you want to Check-out.

Scroll through the list of interventions until you find the one you want to Check - out. You can use the "Filter" option to search. Once you have located it, click on Check - out.

Step 4. Click on the Check - out button.

Once the intervention is open, you will see a "Check out" button at the bottom of the screen. Click on this button to begin the checking out process.

Step 5. Confirm Check-Out

A confirmation message will appear on your device's screen, asking if you sure you want to close the intervention. This message will include the intervention number.

Confirm to close the intervention by clicking on "Yes, I close the intervention".

Step 6. Receive confirmation

After confirming, a notification will be displayed at the bottom of your device's screen, indicating that the intervention has been successfully closed.
