How to process an intervention on the mobile application?

The intervention process on the IZI SAFETY mobile app is a structured method for managing and closing safety interventions. Here's a brief outline of how it works:

Step 1: Initiating an Intervention (Check-in)

You begin by selecting the intervention you're starting from the "Interventions" section of the app. After selecting it, you confirm the initiation, which usually requires your presence at the specific site of the intervention.

Note: If you don't know how to initiat an intervention please follow this article: How do I launch (Check-in) an intervention on the mobile app?

Step 2: Monitoring Ongoing Interventions

During the intervention, you can access detailed information about it through the app, such as status updates and relevant data, ensuring you're well-informed about the ongoing activities.

Step 3: Completing an Intervention (Check-out)

To conclude an intervention, you return to the "Interventions" section, select the intervention you want to end, and press the "Check-out" button. A confirmation prompt appears for you to verify that all necessary procedures are completed before you close the intervention. if you don't know how please follow this article: How do I close (Check-out) an intervention on the mobile app?

This process is designed to maintain thorough documentation and ensure safety procedures are followed accurately. If you need additional help or more detailed information, please contact the support team.
