How to temporarily deactivate a user on the TotalEnergies IZI Safety web platform:
If you have a collaborator who is not currently active and you do not want them to affect the compliance rate of your company or subsidiary, you can temporarily deactivate their account on the TotalEnergies IZI Safety web platform. This article will guide you through the steps to do so.
Step 1: Log in to the TotalEnergies IZI Safety web platform
To begin, log in to the TotalEnergies IZI Safety web platform. If you need assistance with this step, you can refer to the How can I log in to the web platform? article for guidance.
Step 2: Navigate to the "Listing" tab
Once you are logged in, navigate to the "Listing" tab. Depending on your role on the solution, you may have more than one listing. In this case, select the first one, which is the "Users" listing:
Step 3: Search for the user you wish to temporarily deactivate
Using the search bar in the filter section of the listing, search for the user you wish to temporarily deactivate. In this example, we want to deactivate the account of "Theo JAMES".
Step 4: Open the user's details drawer
Click on the user to open their details drawer.
Step 5: Click on the "Disable" button
In the bottom right corner of the user's drawer, click on the grey "Disable" button. Then, confirm the deactivation by clicking on the "Disable in all sites" button.
Step 6: User successfully deactivated
The user is now deactivated and will no longer be visible on this workspace. However, their training history will not be deleted and their rights can be reactivated at any time.
Note: You can view all deactivated users by filtering the listing with the "Inactive" filter.
