How to Reset a Password on TotalEnergies IZI Safety Web Platform

As a company manager or staff member of TotalEnergies, it can happen that one of your collaborators or contractors forgets their password. However, there is no need to worry as resetting a password on the TotalEnergies IZI Safety web platform is a simple process. In this article, we will guide you through the steps to reset a password directly from your account.

To begin, you will need to log in to the TotalEnergies IZI Safety web platform. If you are unsure how to do this, you can follow the instructions in our How can I log in to the web platform? article.

Once you have successfully logged in, navigate to the "Listing" tab. This tab can be found in the top menu bar of the web platform:

In the "Listing" tab, you will see a list of all the users on the platform. Use the search bar to find the user you wish to reset the password for:

Once you have found the user in question, click on their name. This will open the user's details drawer on the right side of your screen:

To reset the password for the user, you have two options:

Option 1: If the user has a valid email address, you can simply click on the "Reset & send credentials" button. This will automatically send a new password to the user's email address:

Note: The email may have been received in the user's spam folder, so be sure to check there before contacting support.

Option 2: If the user does not have a valid email address (e.g. a generic email generated by the platform), you can click on the "Edit" button and manually change the user's password:

Be sure to click "Validate" to save the new password.
