How to Edit a user's profile on the TotalEnergies IZI Safety web platform
Are you looking to make changes to a user's profile on the TotalEnergies IZI Safety web platform? Look no further! In this article, we will guide you through the simple steps to edit a user's profile.
Step 1: Log in to the TotalEnergies IZI Safety web platform
To begin, you will need to log in to the TotalEnergies IZI Safety web platform. If you are unsure how to do this, you can follow the instructions in our How can I log in to the web platform? article.
Step 2: Navigate to the "Listing" tab
Once you are logged in, navigate to the "Listing" tab. Depending on your role on the solution, you may have more than one listing. In this case, select the first one, which is the "Users" listing:
Step 3: Search for the user you wish to edit
Using the search bar in the filter section of the listing, search for the user you wish to edit the profile. For example, if you want to edit the profile of "Theo JAMES", type their name into the search bar:
Step 4: Open the user's details drawer
Once you have found the user you want to edit, click on their name to open their details drawer:
Step 5: Click on the "Edit" button
In the bottom left corner of the user's details drawer, you will see an "Edit" button. Click on this to begin editing the user's profile:
Step 6: Make your changes
You can now make any necessary changes to the user's information and profile. Once you are finished, click on the "Validate" button to save your changes:
Step 7: Confirm and save your changes
After clicking "Validate", a pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your changes. Click "Save" to finalize the edits to the user's profile.
