Profiles on TotalEnergies IZI Safety Solution are a way for us to personalize the resources available to each user or company. The assignation of these resources in each profile is decided by TotalEnergies and is based on the type of work the user or company will be doing.

When a user or company is created on our platform/ mobile app, a profile needs to be selected by the creator in order to identify the type of company or user that will be created. This is an important step in the registration process as it helps us tailor our services to meet your specific needs.

Profiles are essentially categories that group users and companies based on their type of work. For example, a user who is a electrician would have a different profile than a user who is a truck driver. Similarly, a company that specializes in a certain type of work would have a different profile than a company that specializes in construction.

It is important to note that profiles are personalized for each type of user or company. This means that two users with different types of work may have different resources available in their profiles.

To select a profile, simply click on the "Profile(s)" button when prompted during the registration process. You will then be presented with a list of profiles to choose from. If you are unsure which profile to select, you can always contact our customer support team for assistance.
