How do I reactivate a disabled user on the web platform?

If you have deactivated a collaborator on the listing of users due to inactivity, you may want to reactivate them at a later time. This can be done easily by following the steps outlined below.

Step 1: Log in to the TotalEnergies IZI Safety web platform

To begin, log in to the TotalEnergies IZI Safety web platform. If you need assistance with this step, you can refer to the How can I log in to the web platform? article for guidance.

Step 2: Navigate to the "Listing" tab

Once you are logged in, navigate to the "Listing" tab. Depending on your role on the solution, you may have more than one listing. In this case, select the first one, which is the "Users" listing:

Step 3: Search for the user you wish to reactivate

Using the search bar in the filter section of the listing, search for the user you wish to reactivate by clicking on the "Inactive" filter option:

In this example, we want to reactivate the account of "Theo JAMES":

Step 4: Click on the the user to open the user's details drawer :

Step 5: Now click on the blue button "Enable" in order to reactive the user :

Step 6 : Confirm the reactivation of the user by clicking on the button "Enable" :

The user is now reactivated and can now use it's account same way as before the initial deactivation :
