How to export a list of interventions from the web platform?
Exporting a list of interventions from IZI SAFETY allows users to manage and analyze safety interventions efficiently. This process enables you to generate reports, perform detailed analysis, or integrate data with other tools. The following guide provides detailed steps to help you export your data smoothly and effectively from the web platform.
Step 1: First, log in to your account. If you are not sure how to do this, you can follow the instructions in our article How can I log in to the web platform?
Step 2: Once you are logged in, navigate to the "listing" tab and select the "Interventions" sub-tab.
Step 3: filter the intervention you want to export to by Intervention number, Company, Site, Dates, Participants, Included tags, Activity type...
Step 4: On this page, you will see a full list of all the interventions, to export a list of interventions simply click on the "Export" button.
Step 5: After clicking in "Export" button, you should choose the export format (CSV or Excel), choose the format that best suits your needs for further data manipulation or presentation.
Step 6: Once the export format is chosen, a file download prompt will appear. Click ‘Download’ to save the file to your computer. Ensure you note the download location.
Step 7: Open the downloaded file to verify that all the needed data has been correctly exported and is intact.
