Major updates:
HSE Observation: New form with email notifications. Assign the "HSE Observation Manager" role to the users who should receive them.
Prejob briefing & Safety green light: The Prejob briefing and Safety green light are now combined into a single form. Immediate corrective actions entered in the field are now recorded directly in the form.
Improvements:
Notifications: Project participants are now notified when documents are requested from them, and project document validators are included in the notifications.
Rejected documents: Company managers now receive an email when a document from their team is rejected.
Expiry alerts: An alert email is sent 2 weeks before a resource expires, and the resource type is now clearly stated in all notification emails.
Checklists: Checklist forms can now be filtered by sub-type, and subsidiary admins can delete a checklist after it has been submitted.
E-learning: New filters on the module list to find and prioritize training more easily.
Document validation: Improved validation window for validators and a clearer "documents to transmit" page.
Project feature: Users can now create project documents from the mobile app, as on the platform. Project documents can also be attached to permits.
Roles: A confirmation message now warns when a role is reserved for TotalEnergies employees.
Onboarding: Onboarding and password reset emails can now be sent even if the user's email address has not yet been validated.
