How to access the full list of documents to provide for your staff and your company on the IZI Safety Platform?

As a company manager, it is important to ensure that all necessary documents are uploaded and kept up-to-date on the IZI Safety platform. This helps to maintain compliance and ensure the safety of your employees. In this article, we will guide you through the steps to access the full list of documents for your company on the platform.

Step 1: Login to Your "Company Manager" account

To access the full list of documents, you will need to log in to your "Company Manager" account. If you are unsure of how to do this, you can refer to our article on how to log in to the web platform for step-by-step instructions.

Step 2: Go to the "Documents" tab

Once you have successfully logged in to your account, navigate to the "Documents" tab. This can be found in the top menu bar of the platform.

Step 3: View the full list of documents

On the "Documents" tab, you will see a list of all the documents that need to be uploaded for your company. You can click on each document to view its details and requirements. To upload a document, simply click on the "Select a file" button and choose the appropriate file from your computer.

Once you have uploaded a document, the IZI support team will verify and validate it. You will receive a notification once the document has been approved.
