How to update or replace a document on the web platform?
If your document has expired or you need to update the current document uploaded on the platform, don't worry! In this article, we will explain how you can easily proceed with updating or replacing your document.
Step 1: First, log in to your account. If you are not sure how to do this, you can follow the instructions in our article How can I log in to the web platform?
Step 2: Once you are logged in, navigate to the "My courses" tab and select the "Documents" sub-tab.
Step 3: On this page, you will see a full list of all the documents you have provided or still need to provide. To update or replace a document, simply click on the "Select a file" button.
From there, you can upload a new document or replace an existing one. Once you have uploaded the new document, our support team will proceed with its verification.
