What to do if your document is rejected

You have uploaded a document for yourself or on behalf of a collaborator, but it has been rejected. Don't worry, we're here to help. In this article, we will explain what to do if you find yourself in this situation.

First, let's understand why your document was rejected.

Step 1: Log in to your personal account on the web platform. If you're not sure how to do this, check out our article on how to log in to the web platform.

Step 2: Once you're logged in, go to the "My courses" tab and select the "Documents" sub-tab.

Step 3: Under the "Progress" section of the rejected document, click on "Open the note".

Step 4: You will see the rejection note from the verificator agent, explaining why your document was rejected.

Step 5: Take the necessary actions to comply with the note and upload a new version of your document by clicking on the "Select a file" button:
