I want to filter the list of interventions on the web platform. How should I proceed?

Filtering the list of interventions on the web platform allows you to quickly find specific records and manage them more efficiently. Whether you need to review interventions by date, type, status, or responsible personnel, using the platform's filtering tools can streamline your workflow and improve your operational oversight. This guide will walk you through the steps to effectively apply filters to the interventions list.

Step 1: First, log in to your account. If you are not sure how to do this, you can follow the instructions in our article How can I log in to the web platform?

Step 2: Once you are logged in, navigate the "Listing" tab and select the "Interventions" sub-tab.

Step 3: In the Interventions section, you should see a "Filter" button or a search bar with an advanced settings icon. Click on this to expand the filtering options available.

Step 4: You will likely see various filter criteria such as date range, intervention type, status, responsible personnel, or other relevant parameters. Enter or select the criteria that match the specific interventions you are looking to view.

Step 5: After setting your desired criteria, look for an "Filter" button to update the list.Click this button to refresh the list with your specified settings.

Step 6: The interventions list should now be updated to only show entries that meet your filter settings. You can scroll through the list or use additional sorting options, if available, to find specific interventions.

If you need to refine your search further or correct your filter settings, you can adjust the filters by going back to the filter options and changing your selections. Remember to apply the changes each time you update your criteria.
