A step-by-step guide on how to adjust the coordinates of an existing intervention site.

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to properly adjust an intervention site using the TotalEnergies IZI Safety Mobile App.

Step 1: Open the Totalenergies IZIsafety App and log in

Log in with your username and password.

Step 2: Access the Main menu

Once in the main menu, please press the icon at the top left of your screen.

Step 3: Access the Intervention sites list

A list of sections will be displayed; click on "Intervention sites".

You will now see the list of the intervention sites loaded to the platform and the app.

Step 4: Search for the name of the intervention site

Search for the name of the intervention site whose coordinates you would like to modify in the search bar.

Step 5: Access the intervention site

Click on the intervention site name once found. You will be redirected to the location of the intervention on the map.

Step 6: Adjust site coordinates

Then, click on "Adjust site coordinates" and place the icon on the new location.

Step 7: Confirm the changes

Once the correct location has been defined, click on “Confirm”.

Step 8: Collection radius adjustment

Once the correct coordinates are placed, you can adjust the collection radius of the intervention site. “Collection radius” refers to the ability to modify the size or distance of the area where an intervention will take place. Adjusting the radius may involve expanding or contracting the perimeter of the intervention. Once the correct coordinates are placed, you can adjust the radius of the intervention site.
