Please note that the permanent deletion of a user can only be made by the IZI Safety support team. If you wish to request a deletion, you will need to contact the support team via email at [email protected]. If you are operating from France, please use the email address [email protected].
When requesting a deletion, please provide the full name and username of the person you wish to remove from the system. This will help the support team to quickly and accurately process your request.
Important: The deletion is permanent, and all data ( training history, documents etc) related to the user will be definitely deleted.
