Depending on your situation, there are different ways to reset your password. Follow the instructions below to get back into your account.
Situation 1 : You do not have a valid e-mail linked to your IZI Safety account
If you do not have a valid email address linked to your IZI Safety account, you will need to ask the person in charge of monitoring compliance in your company to reset your password manually via their account. This person should have the role of "Company manager" and will be able to assist you in resetting your password.
Situation 2 : You have a valid e-mail address linked to your IZI Safety account
If you have a valid email address linked to your IZI Safety account, you can easily reset your password by following these steps:
1. Click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page.
2. On the next page, click on the "Reset password" button.
3. Enter your email address and confirm by clicking on the "Reset password" button.
4. Check your email for a message from IZI Safety and click on the "Reset my password" button.
Note: If you do not see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.
5. You will be directed to a page where you can set a new password for your account.
