What to do if your module is "Non-compliant"

You have completed a module, but unfortunately, you did not obtain a sufficient score. As a result, the status of your module is now "Non-compliant" and is displayed in red. Don't worry, there are steps you can take to improve your score and become compliant.

First, let's take a look at what this status means. When a module is marked as "Non-compliant," it means that you did not meet the minimum requirements to pass the module. This could be due to incorrect answers or not completing all of the required tasks.

So, what can you do if you find yourself in this situation? The first step is to redo the module. You can do this by simply clicking on the launch button from the "My courses" tab. This will take you back to the beginning of the module, where you can review the material and try again.

You can redo the module as many times as needed until you obtain a sufficient score.

However, please note that in some cases, TotalEnergies administrators may limit the number of attempts to two. If this is the case, the launch button will be greyed out, and you will need to contact the support team for further instructions.

In conclusion, if your module is marked as "Non-compliant," simply redo the module and try again until you meet the minimum requirements. And remember, if you need any assistance, our support team is always here to help. Happy learning!
