Why one or more document from in "My courses" have expired?
Most documents required on the platform have a validity period. When a document is uploaded on the platform, the accredited agent verifying the document is required to set an expiry date. If this is not done automatically by the system, the agent must manually set the expiry date.
Once this expiry date has passed, the document becomes expired and will have the status "To refresh" in orange color. This means that the document is no longer considered compliant:
If your document has this status, it is important to take action and upload a new version of the document that is valid. This will ensure that your document is compliant and up-to-date with requirements for your future interventions.
